See, the issue is that the DOJ has been completely silent on whether they'll appeal, change their rules, or just pretend this never happened. Meanwhile, we've got Form 4 applications stuck in limbo, dealers who don't know what to tell customers, and gun owners wondering if they need to register their suppressors or not.
Mann's letter asks the right questions: How will this affect the Form 4 process? What registration requirements still apply? What about suppressors bought during this weird transition period if a higher court overturns the ruling? These aren't unreasonable questions - they're basic questions that any business owner needs answered to stay compliant.
And here's what really gets me: law-abiding citizens are being left to figure this out for themselves while the ATF sits on their hands. That's not how constitutional rights are supposed to work. The Second Amendment isn't some ambiguous regulation - it's in the Bill of Rights. When a court rules in our favor, the government should be bending over backward to clarify what that means for everyday Americans, not leaving us guessing.
